Working with a coach begins and continues on month to month.

no ‘time outs’. If a client is committed to developing their
business and the coach is committed to having that client on the
roster, it must be a continuous relationship or should not start at
all. There are no contracts but once the process starts, it
continues until either party decides the relationship has run its
course. The three reasons that a relationship completes include:
1) The client hits their goals and doesn’t
want to go any farther;
2) Measurable goals are not being achieved;
3) The relationship isn’t working for one of the parties (i.e. rules
are broken)
Success is guaranteed in this model IF the
client follows the program. The client has to have faith in the
program and work with their coach in implementing strategies. The
consistent development of strategies and implementation of systems
is what separates those who are working towards goals and those who
achieve goals.
Our model is not one that works well in
