Nikolaus Reuper
Nikolaus' deep desire and giftedness
come together in serving others. He wants to help people make the
most of the resources they have been entrusted with. He believes
that each individual is created to fulfill specific tasks, and that
true success involves understanding and living out those purposes.
Growing up and helping in the
family business, making the most of what one had, and being careful
not to be wasteful, were qualities that were strongly impressed upon
Nikolaus by his parents. At Laurentian University, he majored in
Arts and Commerce, which was helpful training. |
| However, without a
doubt, the most meaningful lessons of his university years involved
the discovery and cementing of his foundational beliefs and values,
the basis of which have provided continued direction for his life
and work. After graduating in
1983, he worked in various business environments before settling in
the financial services industry, where he has accumulated fourteen
years of experience, and continues to pursue industry accreditation.
In 2000, he launched his own company, Victory Financial. The name
Victory is significant because it reflects the fact that living up
to our potential and managing our resources well doesn't happen by
chance -- it is a tremendous challenge that requires faith, wisdom,
and discipline.
It is Nikolaus’ desire for his clients that, through working with
him, they will feel confident and at peace with their decisions,
knowing that their financial futures are in focus, and that,
whatever the future holds, they have the best possible strategies in
place. He also wants them to experience excitement and joy as they
see the wonderful things they are able to do with their money in
their own lives, as well as in the lives of others they care about.
Finally, through his intervention, Nikolaus wants his clients to
feel they're in good hands, knowing they are making steady progress
towards their goals while eliminating debt, minimizing tax, building
an adequate reserve fund, prudently managing risk, preparing for
retirement, and finally, planning and leaving a lasting legacy. |
