As an interim executive Mr. Rudner provides Strong Financial Management, Downfield Vision, Innovative Solutions and, where required, Crisis Management to companies of all sizes going through growth or transition.

Working with these companies, generally in a CFO or COO related role, Larry provides the skills and / or manpower needed to manage and accelerate growth, to complete special projects, especially non-core business projects and help management maximize shareholder value.

Prior to starting Matrix Transition Management Larry was the co-founder and COO of a company that manufactured steel building components and distributed hydraulic and pneumatic equipment. Mr. Rudner has also served as CFO and V.P. of a public manufacturing and distribution company and as partner in a mid-sized accounting firm.

In addition to being a member of the Experion Group Larry is also a Director of the Association for Corporate Growth, Toronto Chapter, and a member of the Turnaround Management Association and a member of TRP.
