Clarence's most recent senior corporate positions were with Keane Canada, part of a $1Billion international IT services company; and Avery Dennison Canada, part of a Fortune 500 global manufacturer. He has led numerous multifunctional initiatives involving high performance teams, business process reengineering, and extensive projects with both customers and suppliers.

Clarence is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and a member of the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario.
